This document contains the Privacy Policy for Cove Cake Design and www.covecakedesign.ie, the official website of Cove Cake Design.  At Cove Cake Design the privacy and security of your information is important to us. Analysis

Spam Detection

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Sharing User Information

We do not sell, trade or rent user Personal Data to third parties.

Links to Other Sites

Our site may contain external links to other sites not operated by us. If you click on a third party link you will be redirected to that third party’s site. We strive to only use reliable, secure and relevant third party links. However, we advise that you review the Privacy Policy of the third party site. Comments

If you leave a comment on our site, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. If you leave a comment on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Our Site does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from those we know are under 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

There right to delete your personal information does not apply in the following circumstances:

• You have an open order which has not yet been shipped or partially shipped
• You have an unsettled debt with Cove Cake Design

If you feel that your data has not been handled correctly or you are unhappy with our response to any requests you have made regarding the use of your personal data you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commissioner.
