Cove Cake Design was started in 2014 by Suzanne Brady, creating wedding cakes that were not just beautiful to look at but delightful to eat. With attention to detail, an elegantly natural design aesthetic, and novel flavour pairings, Cove Cake Design wedding cakes were featured in prestigious national and international magazines and blogs, such as Vogue Weddings, Style Me Pretty, US Brides, and Martha Stewart Weddings.
In 2024 after a break from wedding cakes to study business management, Suzanne returned her focus to her original love of baking and cake flavours, and sharing her recipes with like-minded cake lovers around the world through her journal and recipe ebooks.

Cake Designer and Owner of Cove Cake Design
Meet Suzanne of Cove Cake Design. A former scientist, she started Cove Cake Design Wedding Cakes in 2014 after a break from her career uncovered a love of baking and cake art.
Through her cake business, Suzanne developed an interest in business management, and decided to return to study an MSc in Management in 2023, finishing making wedding cakes professionally in 2024. She has now returned to her first love of exploring cake flavours, making cakes for family and friends, and sharing her recipes through her Cove Cake Design blog and ebooks.
Her favourite cake flavour is either Earl Grey Lavender and Lemon, or Chocolate Red Wine and Cherry, depending on her mood. In her spare time she loves the great outdoors, running or cycling along the coast from her Dublin home.
